Estimates from public figures
What coincident peaks could cost these campuses
Each estimate uses only what the site's owner or the press has published. Open any one in the estimator and put in your own numbers.

Estimates, not bills. Announced MW stands in for contracted peak or built-out draw, and published operating MW for draw today. Each figure is one coincident-peak charge at a cited rate, with no curtailment. Whether the proposed ERCOT large-load minimum reaches loads already connected is not settled.
ERCOT and the PUCT expect to publish their findings on every Texas data center in the interconnection queue by December 10, 2026, from the developers' answers to the State and Community Impact RFI. This page adds them when they are out.
