The Batch Zero timeline — next: Conditional-classification notices to DSP/TSP

ILLE submission deadline
Forms, attestations, and eligibility materials due to your interconnecting TSP/DSP, including notarized Form W Part A (PCLR) and Form X (WLPUN) where elected. Separately, the Planning Guide §9.2.2(3) study and dynamic-model data go directly from the ILLE to ERCOT at BatchZero@ercot.com by 2359 CDT, per market notice M-B062326-04. Miss it and the project is excluded from Batch Zero.
TSP/DSP qualification packages due to ERCOT
Your interconnecting TSP/DSP submits the Batch Zero interconnection details to ERCOT: the LIF workbook and, where applicable, the Dynamic Stability Study Form and §9.2.1.4(3)(d) attestation, plus the ILLE forms you filed with them by July 10, including notarized Form W Part A (PCLR) and Form X (WLPUN) where elected. Separately, an ILLE on the §9.2.1.2 eligibility path files its §9.2.1.2(1) attestation with its DSP/TSP by this same date.
QSA prerequisites for early-2027 energization
Seeking Initial Energization in January, February, or March 2027 meant satisfying all Planning Guide §5.3.5 prerequisites by this date. After this gate passed, M-A080326-01 announced ERCOT would not issue classifications by the adopted August 7 deadline and would seek a good-cause exception, which the PUCT granted on August 20, 2026.
Original classification deadline
Superseded. The August 20, 2026 PUCT order granted ERCOT's good-cause exceptions, including relief from this Planning Guide §9.3.1(2)(a) deadline. Do not present August 7 as a live commitment or as a claim that ERCOT issued no replacement timing.
PUCT granted good-cause exceptions
The August 20, 2026 PUCT open meeting / order granted ERCOT's requested good-cause exceptions for the Batch Zero process. ERCOT restated that grant in market notice M-A080326-02 (August 21, 2026).
Conditional-classification notices to DSP/TSP
ERCOT stated it intends to notify each interconnecting DSP or TSP of each Large Load's conditional classification by August 31, 2026. That is ERCOT's own stated intent in market notice M-A080326-02, not an adopted deadline or a commitment the PUCT ordered. That notice starts dispute and reconciliation under Planning Guide §9.3.1(2)(a)(i)-(iii). August 31 is not a final classification date, a final-inclusion cut, a study-results date, or a customer filing deadline.
As of August 26, 2026. August 31 starts dispute and reconciliation after conditional-classification notices, not final inclusion. Timing claims go stale when ERCOT publishes a later market notice.
